About

Mark has more than 30 years town planning experience working in both the public and private sectors in Perth, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

This experience is predominantly in local authority development management however he also has experience in Rural Planning, Listed Buildings and Conservation and Economic Development. Mark has a very good working knowledge of planning policy, environmental law and the planning appeal process.

Mark has 7 years experience working in the private sector dealing primarily with Planning Application Submissions, Environmental Impact Assessment, Planning Appeals and Development Appraisals for a variety of clients.

Development Management experience included the assessment and determination of a variety of development types ranging from small scale householder proposals to major urban and rural developments involving Environmental Impact Assessment.
